Add your item to the basket and enter your engraving text exactly as you want it to appear. We engrave it character for character, so do check spelling, names and dates. If your design needs artwork or a logo, email it to hello@tarinaengravers.fi with your order number and we will send a proof before engraving.
Each product shows its own making time, typically 3–10 working days, starting once your engraving details are confirmed. Larger business orders may take longer; we always confirm a date in writing.
For now we deliver by hand in Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen and Vantaa: 2.99 €, or free for orders of 20 € or more. When your order is ready we contact you to agree a delivery time. Parcel delivery to the rest of Finland is coming later.
Items that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days of receiving them: email us first, then post the item back at your own cost or hand it back to us at a time we agree, and we refund you within 14 days. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we made a mistake. If something is wrong, email us a photo and we will put it right. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
We work with companies across Finland on corporate gifts, awards and signage, with volume pricing. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout to have them on your receipt, or contact us for a quote.
